arch.data.utility.load_file¶

arch.data.utility.load_file(file_base: str, filename: str) → DataFrame[source]¶

Load data from a csv.gz file.

Parameters:¶

file_base: str¶

The path of a file in the directory that contains the data, e.g., __file__. The directory of this file is used as the root.

filename: str¶

Name of csv.gz to load.

Returns:¶

DataFrame containing the loaded data.

Return type:¶

pandas.DataFrame
